Last long brick before Ironman Florida
What’s required to survive riding 100 miles on a trainer followed by 6.5 miles on the treadmill? Lots of sugar and some caffeine. Specifically:
And of course it helps to have the lovely RunningMyOwnRace riding the trainer beside you. Tomorrow we have a 3 hour run after which I’ll cut the grass and then try to recover before work on Monday.
I’m definitely looking forward to the taper.
